How do I authenticate?
With an API key sent in the x-api-key header, or with OAuth2 client credentials.
How are calls counted, and is there a limit?
Each call uses credits from your plan; the cost depends on the endpoint and on your contract. Every response shows the cost (x-credits-cost) and your remaining balance (x-credits-remaining). The default limit is 60 requests per minute; above it you get HTTP 429. Talk to us if you need more.

Which countries does it cover?
Search, similar companies and firmographics work across countries. The detailed data — full statutory accounts, shareholders and ultimate owner, key people, ownership portfolio, buyer search and deals — is available through the API for Italy. Need the same depth in another country? We can enable it on request.
How is the API different from the platform?
It is the same engine and the same data, without the interface: you call it from your own software instead of working in the app. Talk to us if you are not sure which fits.
